Terms of Service

Lyrakart Customer Mobile App. Last updated: 30 October 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you, the merchant, and PRS CLOUD TECH PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62013DC2026PTC474428), registered office Jain Road, Jai Jawala Mandir, Near Hanuman Properties, Delhi 110059, India, office H-65, Sector 63, Noida, India 201301 ("we", "us"). They apply when you install Lyrakart Customer Mobile App ("Lyrakart") or sign up for it, on any store platform. Our Data Processing Addendum is part of these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

1. The service

Lyrakart lets you design a native iPhone and Android shopping app for your online store, connect it to your store platform (such as Shopify or Odoo), publish it under your own name in the App Store and Google Play, and send push messages to your shoppers. The features available to you depend on your plan.

2. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must run a business and be able to enter a binding contract. Lyrakart is for merchants, not for consumers.
  • On Shopify you sign in through your Shopify admin. On other platforms you create an account with your email and a password.
  • You are responsible for the people you add to your team, for the roles you give them, and for keeping sign-in details safe. Tell us at once if you think someone has used your account without permission.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Your store platform: you must follow the terms of your store platform (for example Shopify's or Odoo's) and keep the access you grant us valid.
  • Your developer accounts and listings: your app is published under your own Apple Developer and Google Play developer accounts. You are responsible for those accounts, their fees, your store listings and for following Apple's and Google's rules.
  • Your content: you are responsible for everything you or your shoppers put in your app through features you switch on: products, images, text, push messages, community posts and live shows.
  • Your shoppers' data: you are the controller of your shoppers' personal data. We process it for you under our Data Processing Addendum. You must give your shoppers a privacy policy and get any consent the law requires, for example before you send marketing push messages.
  • Lawful use: you must use Lyrakart only for lawful business and follow the laws that apply to your store and your shoppers.

4. Fees, trials and billing

  • Plans and prices are shown in the Lyrakart dashboard. There is a free plan with limited features. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly.
  • Shopify merchants pay through Shopify's billing, in US dollars. Shopify charges you, and Shopify's billing rules apply to charges, renewals, cancellation and refunds. When you cancel your plan or uninstall the app, the Shopify subscription ends.
  • Other merchants pay through Razorpay (prices in Indian rupees) or Stripe (other currencies). You enter your payment details on their pages; we never see your card details.
  • Renewal: a paid plan renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel.
  • Cancellation (Razorpay and Stripe): you can cancel in the dashboard. A paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then ends. We do not refund the rest of a period you have paid for, unless the law requires it.
  • Trials: some paid plans start with a free trial. A store that has already paid for a plan does not get another trial. If you cancel during a trial it ends at once and you are not charged.
  • Plan changes: a move to a cheaper plan takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Failed payments: if a payment fails or a subscription lapses, paid features keep working for 7 days. After that, features that need a paid plan, such as publishing and sending push messages, stop until you pay.
  • Taxes: you are responsible for taxes that apply to your purchase, such as GST, other than taxes on our income.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Lyrakart to:

  • sell or promote goods or services that are illegal where you sell them;
  • send push messages or other messages that shoppers have not agreed to, or that are misleading;
  • publish content that infringes someone else's rights, or that is unlawful, hateful or harmful;
  • collect shoppers' data in ways your privacy policy does not allow;
  • try to get into accounts, stores or data that are not yours, test our security without our written permission, or overload or disrupt the service;
  • copy, resell or take apart Lyrakart, except as the law allows.

6. Intellectual property

  • Ours: Lyrakart, its software, templates, design tools and documentation belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you the right to use them for your store while you have an account. They do not give you ownership.
  • Yours: your brand, logo, products, content and store data stay yours.
  • Licence to us: you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, copy, process and display your content and brand only as needed to run Lyrakart for you, including to build your app, publish it to your developer accounts and show your catalogue in it. This licence ends when your data is deleted, as described in our privacy policy.
  • Feedback: if you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any duty to you.

7. Third-party platforms and app stores

Lyrakart depends on services we do not control, including your store platform, Apple's App Store, Google Play, push delivery by Apple and Google, payment providers and the tools you connect. Their own terms apply to you. We are not responsible for their decisions, such as rejecting or removing your app, changing their rules or prices, or limiting access to data, or for their downtime or errors.

8. Availability

We work to keep Lyrakart running, but we make no promise of uptime or of any service level. The service may be unavailable at times, for example for maintenance, updates or problems outside our control. We may change, add or remove features.

9. Suspension and termination

  • You can stop using Lyrakart at any time: on Shopify by uninstalling the app; on other platforms by cancelling your plan and asking us to close your account.
  • We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, do not pay, put the service, other merchants or shoppers at risk, or if the law or a platform requires it. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.
  • Your data after termination: what we keep and when we delete it is described in the "How long we keep data" section of our privacy policy. Your published apps stay in your own developer accounts; once your account ends they will no longer receive content or push messages from Lyrakart.
  • Sections 6, 10, 11, 12 and 14 continue after the agreement ends.

10. Disclaimers

Lyrakart is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we give no warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that it will meet your needs, or that Apple, Google or your store platform will accept your app. AI-generated drafts and assistant answers can be wrong; check them before you use them.

11. Limitation of liability

  • As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to Lyrakart or these terms is limited to the fees you paid us for Lyrakart in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, however caused.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and compensate us against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your content, your store, your products, your dealings with your shoppers, or your breach of these terms or of the law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the Lyrakart dashboard or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Lyrakart after a change takes effect, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using Lyrakart before then.

14. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or Lyrakart.

15. Grievance officer

If you have a complaint about Lyrakart, including about content or personal data, write to our grievance officer. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond to it.
